This device has also a microsd card reader (up to 8GB cards). Both card reader and CD-ROM device are acessible after switching.

D-Link DWL-156 v3.01LA

Hi Josh,

As discussed before, this dongle is recognized within usb_modeswitch 1.2.1, but the serial channel used do not respond after DCD goes high (i.e. CONNECT message is returned).

There are several fishy things going on when I look at your data.

The device, after mode switching, has three vendor-specific (class 255) and one storage (class 8) interface.
But "usbserial" is bound to all of them, including the storage. Your "ttyUSB2" is really a confused pseudo CDROM ...
