I've a very weird problem here :?

after OTA update to ICS 4.0.4, My tab stopped seeing my ZTE modem ( connected successfully in the past ),

I've noticed that my kernel version changed to 3.0.8-1047189 causing confliction with the previously installed "/lib/" drivers, and leading to sad ...
