But there's nothing in /dev like tty or usbmodem. As you see in my lsusb I'm using a usb hub there to attach my modem. But if I attach it directly without the hub, the modem is known as 201e:10f8 and I can do modprobe usbserial vendor=0x201e product=0x10f8, then 4 tty will be available in /dev

There is no other way. The wide plug for the Samsung side has a wiring that tells the tablet to switch from USB device mode to USB host mode.
I have a cheap and simple adapter too, and it's working well on my GT-P5113 with a four-port powered hub.

i've tried all possibility to plug the device but still nothing happen. does my adapter type can be the cause? do i have to use the OTG one which is just cable and the usb port at the end?

The cable brand is irrelevant. You need a hub with external power . The tablet most likely doesn't deliver the full 500 mA.

same thing happen to my GT-P7310 using Android 4.1.2 version, stuck on "Prepare device ..." and the light on modem keep on red mode
