Huawei E303 / HiLink

Hi,

the Huawei E303 also supports serial Mode. Here is the config for switching it

Please be aware, that other sticks also have the upper ID. That is why I added the Product ID in the filename. Perhaps the other 12d1:1f01 also need and Product ID in this case, what I do not know.
