Hi Again,

Still i need to manually run

cd /etc/usb_modeswitch.d/
sudo usb_modeswitch -I -W -c 12d1:1505

Please suggest further.

I got my Huawei EC156 to work finally using the instructions here for Ubuntu Natty:

i still have to run a launcher to connect though.

Huawei USB Data Card EC156 doesnot work in Ubuntu 11.04
