I tried to use remote control feature by sending a broadcast intent with one of the actions "de.draisberghof.pppwidget3.ACTION_CONNECT" and "de.draisberghof.pppwidget3.ACTION_DISCONNECT".
On Android 8.1 but observed on logcat:
