Please help with ZTE k3806z

Hi, i have problem with connection under ubuntu (mate 18.04) with this modem zte k3806z.

I connection manager something is visible, when i add connection - it looks like connected but no internet.

Anybody know hot to solve a problem with this modem? I read many hours whole internet and still i can't make it to work :(

It is only the last 22 lines of your log that is relevant, they show the dongle being detected, switched, and then appearing as an ethernet device which is expected for K3806z.
ModemManager can't do anything else with it than passing it on to NetworkManager where it should be available as an internet (WAN) connection.

NetworkManager problems are not what this forum is about, you'll better ask for help elsewhere.

hmmm... but when i make wvdialconf i get "sorry, no modem was detected" :(

This is not a dial-up modem, it does not have any serial interfaces of the type which creates ttyUSBn devices for ppp dialup.
It is a modem which has a direct ethernet interface , it behaves like a network card/dongle and that is why NetworkManager should handle it.

using networkanager.... i see modem there but still i make settings for connections (apn), connect and it looks like to works... but doesn't work so probably is problem in other place :(

So where should i ask - on ubuntu forum?

If you can, try to use a desktop Linux with a fairly current distribution.

Network Manager is developed on a Redhat (Fedora) base as far as I know, so it would be useful to see if the modem works there.
If it doesn't you can directly contact the NM developers.
If it does you'd have to contact the Mate people first.
