I sniffed the USB, and use below configure to switch modem successfully.
Here provide the configeure for onda msa523hs.

But need to note, this modem will create ttyusb0~ttyusb2.
And only can use ttyUSb2 to communicate.

The port problem is solved in the newer packages where a symlink is created to the correct port (/dev/gsmmodem).
