Please add Realtek (rtl) wifi dongle to usb_modeswitch-data

Coming downstream from Fedora. Please add the following to 40-usb_modeswitch.rules to switch Realtek WiFi USB cards:

# Realtek 8821CU Wifi AC USB
ATTR{idVendor}=="0bda", ATTR{idProduct}=="1a2b", RUN+="usb_modeswitch '/%k'"


Will work for other similar Realtek hardware (8XXXCU also).

Is there a PR mechanism or is this the best way to contact?
