Icon 7.2 firmware upgrade?

Hi,

How can I upgrade the firmware of my Option Icon 7.2?
I have tried the usual way... google, but I gave up.

A while ago, all downloads were directly accessible; well, not anymore.

Hi Josh,

Yeah I tried that, I downloaded a Windows install package, tried it on three different windows XP computers *urk*, but the package didn't find my "modem". But you are saying that the firmware upgrade should be included in the package from Option?
