Dear Josh,
I sniffed the USB, and use below configure to switch modem successfully.
Here provide the configeure for onda msa523hs.
And only can use ttyUSb2 to communicate.

Here provide the configeure for onda msa523hs.
But need to note, this modem will create ttyusb0~ttyusb2.########################################################
