It looks like you have not rooted your tablet.

It's probably rooted, but not with SuperSU ...

moe1429, can you run the "su" command in a terminal app (like Android Terminal Emulator)?

thanks for the advise.. but im not familiar with the commands and the technicality behind it
wish it could be like window plug n play
