E3276s-920 issues

I'm trying out the E3276s-920, I have managed to get it to work using PPPwidget, Android 9 detects that something has been connected, but doesn't detect it as a data connection, with PPPwidget in modem mode everything works except Google maps Sygic and weather apps can't detect internet connection witch is strange, Spotify, chrome and TV apps all detect the internet connection and work well.
Setting the E3276s-920 to NDIS mode I haven't been able to make it work at all.
I have tried the few settings in PPPwidget but with no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.
