The problem is with establishing a connection between the modem and the phone.
"Please advise which brands and models of modems currently available on the market work with this software. I am using the latest version of the software and also a D-Link DWR‑910M modem, but the software does not connect or recognize the modem. I have rooted my phone and also performed a root test.
