Installation from local apk is not supported

Hello,
I use the x96s dongle (Android 9) on my TV ans i have the Huawei e3236 dongle.
Thee problem IS that After installation from alternative playstore (the playstore for Android TV don't include ppp widget), and fixing the widget 3 or 2 on the home screen, there IS a message:
Installation from local apk is not supported.
PS: I have many other applications that i installed with apk and works fine. I desactivate thé Google protect but dont work also.
Please help!
