Issue when using PPP Widget 3

Post by ramada1 » 03 Jul 2025, 16:30

Hello,
I installed the PPP Widget 3 app on my Samsung A52 and rooted the phone using Magisk. However, when I launch the PPP Widget 3 on the home screen, it displays “checking access.” No prompt appears in Magisk requesting permission for PPP Widget 3.
Please advise.

Can you launch the "su" tool in a terminal app?

“Yes, I run the su command in the Termux app and it works correctly.
I'm sure the phone is rooted.”

Can you try again with the latest update?

There were some changes with the initial checks.

"Initially, I downloaded and installed the software from this same website on my phone; it showed the message ‘checking access.’ But after installing it via Google Play, the ‘checking access.’ issue was resolved. Unfortunately, now the software still does not recognize the modem.
Please advise which brands and models of modems are suitable for use with this software."

I need to see the modem information.

Try switching on USB logging in the configuration. Then connect your modem, wait a moment, and then open the USB log, again from the configuration page.

Post the entire USB log here (as text please, not as a photo).
